I had ordered number of houe hold items as i had just shifted from united states and was in the process of setting up home here in mumbai.during the time they are taking the payment they are very cordial and promising and ensuring timely delivery. I had to pay extra in the service apartment i was staying because of their delayed delivery. I couldnt shift because the basic appliances were not installed in the said apartment. I t feels quite humiliating when you are cheated and not compensated for their inefficiency.when one comes from an advanced counrty where things work like clockwork it is highly distressing to see the state of one own country. India is being praised for being one of the fastest growing economies and one feels proud to hear all of those praises but going through the torture of inefficiecy one cannot compare india to those countries where each one contributes by doing one s job with utmost sincerity. I have had a bad experience with croma and would never want to visit that store again.
