We brought whirlpool washing fully automatic machine model f4.5 in 2002. Now it is not working. The service engineer says the breaks that controls the cylinder has failed. He also states that the model has been modified and the spare parts are not available. If we can't go with the machine for more than 5-6 years, then what is the use in buying the branded appliances.
