Non-functional of some channels though paid fo

Dear sir,

I am greatly disheartened with the performance of your service. The subscription deptt is pathetic. Though I have been paying the dues well in time, the channels go off the air on the plea that the saubscription is not paid.

I have got 2 connections viz. parent (01505506947) and child (01505506917) in the name of Vineet Dalal.

I understand I have got a PLATINUM connection which is supposed to provide all the channels.

Regarding child connection I made a request to provide me COLORS besides other channels. On contacting Customer Care I was told to add a package of Rs 22 p.m. for COLORS on the child connection and I gave them my positive nod. Thanks to the concerned that COLORS was resumed.

I made a payment of Rs 1400/- early this month as subscription for the 2 connections and the COLORS is again off on the child connection.

What is this? Am I supposed to requet the cust care people everytime I make some payment. It is always the criteria not to deactivate a channel upto the time it is actually requested for by the customer.

Somehow, it is requested to please look into the matter urgently and restore my both connections urgently and ensure that COLORS is also included in the package without fail.

I request an early action lest I am compelled to look for any other service like TATA SKY or BIG TV etc.
