Double Payment Charged By TVC SKY SHOP

I had purchased a pop corn maker from TVC Sky Shop In January.

Initially i made the payment from my CUB bank account, which was hanged up.

The money was deducted from my account but order was not made.

So I again ordered it 2 days back using Credit card.

The Order Number is

OW00024767.

The order was delivered, but the money was deducted from both accounts.

After a long discussion with their customer care person Mr. Kamlesh Bamne, he stopped replying to my mails after i gave them the Statements of bank.

Its July now, but there has been no reply from them.

Is this how TVC Sky Shop loot people.

This is their reputation!!

I still have the details of both the bank statements with me as proof, i can mail them anytime as only one attachment is getting uploaded here.

Kindly help me out.
