Difficulties at web world

I had gone to airtel web at sv rd, goregaon west, i had to go there 4 times for cancellation of the no. and wasted 20-25 minutes every time. 4th time they said this is puna no. and may b u have to go to puna for the cancellation or book complaint on customer care no. The air tel no. i want to cancel was owned by my son when he was working at Poona, now he has left country for further studies to UAS, the web people had no info as to how to cancel as i do not have the tel.id no. this is ridicule's...
