DUCTABLE SPLIT AC 11.0 TR SCROLL HI-FI SUPER HITACHI MICROCOOL
A C NOT WORKING PROPERLY/COOLING PROBLEM

M/s Cooltech Corporation have supplied, installed and commissioned 2 Hitatchi make 11.00 ton ductable AC's at our premises M/S CROWN INTERNATIONAL, BEHIND SECTOR-29, HUDA, PANIPAT. The machines were supplied on 08.07.2009 vide bill no. 6538 of M/s Cooltech Corporation, Chandigarh. The same were installed and commissioned in october. Since then the AC's are not giving proper service i.e., some times the remotes are not working, IC's were changed and latest gas was filled on 20.04.2011 by the suppliers. Inspite of all these changes the units are not cooling the premises. Many complaints have been sent to Cooltech Corporation but no satisfactory results are there.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem so that the name of a big company be maintained.
