Espected sir/madam,

i purchased a dvd player from yr dealer m/s shehnai videos 3 yrs ago.my player is not working since two yrs.i went to shehnai and they redirect me to yr service centre solution plaza, dugri canal road, ludhiana.at the spur of the moment thay told me to purchase a new dvd player from the local market.i asked that i dont want to have new player but i can spend the required money on the existing piece of mine.they replied that the parts r not available from the co. side. now u plz tell me where is my fault .i purchsed samsung player for rs.5500. instead of 2000.
