Mobile not yet replaced

I have purchased a mobile model no. E2120i on 4.10.10. During Feb speaker and mike was not working. So I handed over my mobile with battery at United Mobile Service, Chennai -28. Phone No.044 24959992 on 2-3. But not yet received any reply from them. If I rank up to them, they replied me that new mobile not yet received wait for one week. So please inform through my e-mail id mathanmithra@gmail.com. Actually what happed my mobile. I bought this mobile from a reputed company's product. But I dont what is happening. Please inform me at your earliest.
