Receive of Faulty Phone.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Imate Jama 201 windows mobile phone on 13th of Jan from Bombay Mall through ebay Invoice No 1083 dt 13-01. But from the first day to till date I found lots of problem in this phone as mentioned under.

1) IMEI No not valid

2) Network Problem etc.

He is refusing to give the service or replacement of phone.
