Reimbursement not recieved along with mobile phone

I purchased a NIKON COOL PIX Camera on september. The camera was not in the expeccted format. Hence I needed to reship the item for which there was a reshipment charge of Rs 420. Till now, I have not got the amount credited. Ebay closed the case saying that the DD has been dispatched in my address. But I still did not recieve it. On sending repeated mails and even calling them, they did not take any action.

I was also eligible for a free gift (Micromax mobile phone) for Ganesh Chaturthi offer. I still did not get it. The customer executive says that I got a mail on sep 1 for address verification. But I did not receive any mentioned mail. This is nothing but a typical case of mental harassment and not expected from a company of their stature.
