Battery drain shutting down

Dear Sir,

We purchased a BlackBerry Storm 9550 mobile on 27th Dec through Ebay, Mumbai. Our Order no. is PaisaPay ID 30451608256. On delivery I’m facing problem with battery drain shutting down handheld. How to solve my problem plz do it n mail to my id. this phone is not work properly so pls help me.

This has been the most unsatisfactory and a torturous experience with the 1st relationship that we have had with the Ebay family.
