EBAY MONSOON OFFER GIFT NOT DELIVERED

I have bought one mobile handset in the month july and at that ebay was offering monsoon offer and giving away micromax mobile if you purchase any thing above 10000 indian rupees. I bought nokia e5 for my sister rakhi gift which was delivered by seller on time. Later I checked with ebay for my monsoon offer gift and they told it will take 45 days to process it and now it is 8 month my follow with different customer care executives going on. They are telling it is in process and it will take some time. I got really frustrated. it is not about the free gift of around 1700 rupees it is all about why they are cheating people by offering such attractive offer and later frustrate them with not giving it.

Consumer court should teach them a lesson so they stop offering such offer.

my recent case id on ebay is 00537666.

last week they were offering my 2 5% discount voucher which I refused as these type of coupen from EBAY each user received time to time and for getting this I have to again spent around 15k on ebay.
