Not yet send back the Mobile

Hii,

I had bought a Rocker Rockpad i9 Mobile from mobileaccesories (ebay) seller.

After a month I had a problem in my mobile (gets often switch off). When i contacted the seller he informed me to send the mobile to him for servicing. I also sent my mobile on 8th of july. After I contact the seller he informed me that he will receive on 20th of july from the service center.! Thats the last proper reply I received from the seller. After that they didn't respond to any of my mail & Phone. If they pick up the phone they said that i will receive it in 2-3 days, but they didn't shift tat.! And there is no proper response from them too.. If I call to him he attends and cut the call causing me to loose my amount. Even I asked him for my refund, he said he will update it. But there is no proper response from him. I thought he (Yogen ved) was genuine Seller. Still now he not acting like tat.!

Its one month now.still I didn't get any proper reply.

Now I just want my mobile or amount (refund) back.!!

Kindly help me to solve this issue..!!
