Ordered for Model No. UA40D5000 (item ID 170660632883) but ebay india have supplied Model No. UA405003BR which is not having same specification, in fact cheaper model delivered. No Tax invoice furnished. Replacement / GuranteeClaim request Ref. No. 54861 (KMM53493135V11954L0KM) logged in ebay website on 21.07.11 but no positive response received from ebay. The TV is lying in my house in useless condition.
Please help.
