Ramapuram - EB complaint

Sir,

we are staying in Venkateswara nagar, 12th cross street, ramapuram, chennai-89

for past 2 months we are facing low voltage especially in summer.

very difficult for old age peoples and we find that we are getting only 135-150 volts and the electronics items like fridge, AC are not running. we are very surprised that the EB

department are giving proper voltage for the VIP Areas and houses. So please act on this complaint immediately or if they need any (extra amount or commision) to do their work properly we are ready to pay.
