Adress Verification post paid connection

i have taken two postpaid connections my no is 9652225005 after working 10 cays they have been blocked when i phoned the airtel coustomer service they are saying that postpaid connections which were given are out of coverage area and they are asking me convert to prepaid connections . if it was out of coverage area then why they have activated the sims first of all and secondly no one as come for the address verification.
