Complaint about unfair balance deduction

Hello Mam/Sir,

This is Monika Jha i have a Reliance GSM mobile number "8817155858".

I have complaint that i have received a sms i.e. "Dear customer,

Welcome to reliance my tune service you have been subscribed to this

service download song and set them for your family and friends".

But the problem is the i never subscribed to this type of service.

Company has deducted the charge to my perpaid account balance, i want

my money which you have deducted through this type of cheating.

Reply and take a positive action to this matter ASAP.
