Non Delivery Of Orde

I Ordered 1 Videocon TV through edigiworld.com on 16 Dec order No.46705. They will not accept cash on delivery and I allready paid through Debit Card Option on the same day. After 15days they sent one message stating that they don't have stock and they told to make extra Rs.500 for substitute order. I paid that also order No.48494 and send one mail also. Till today 10 Jan I haven't received any message, mail or phone call regarding my order.

This is showing the negligence about the customer and they allready collected the amount of Rs.4500.

And they are not responding. So take necessary action and help to get my order or my money refund.
