Elcot kalaigner tv
Problem in tv picture

There is a problem in my elcot tv... there is a black horizontal line of about 2mm in upper and lower part of the tv screen like when u watch new movie in the tv.i dont no how do overcome it..when i watch a news channel the flash news is not visible because of this black line..please help me
