This is guruprasad from Hyderabad i have orered below items on 13th of this month but till now i have not received item to day i have checked in your site for status it is return back to your office with out contact us your customer care or courier or vendor (IND MART) why doing like that return back i have followup daily your customer care and courier office. This is not good for maintain the relation ship with you. I am taking through online banking so how will take my money back.

Till now i have more confident on rediff shopping, i have refer your site to others, but it is very poor service to your customers. I am feeling very very bad, actually i am waiting for this as gift to my child's coming birthday. But iam disappointing with online status.

Note: This is last transaction with you. We never take another purchase with rediff shopping.
