Unavailability of parts

Daer Sir,

I am Motorola customer having motoroala model no. L9, I have already complained earlier on 29.06.09 but i cant get any response from you. Actually my motorola cellphone no. L9 is not working properly, without earphone cellphone is not in working condition. I totally frustrated, the part of this model is not available in Kota, Rajasthan, could you please suggest me, where i could repair my cellphone with complete details. Otherwise i thought in future i suggest to everybody not to buy motorola cellphone.

So i request you to please suggest and take quick action and send complete details of address where i could repair my cellphone as early as possible.
