AC Split
Wrong billing and delivery

I had purschased AC split LG make from Relaince Mart plot 19-23 U&I Mall Gurgaon Haryana on 6th Jul

The price displayed was Rs 18999 for AC Split capacity 1.5 ton.

Accordingly I paid for the AC, it was delivered on 7th Jul and installed on 8th Jul.

After installation it was discovered that it is 1 Ton AC and not 1.5 Ton Ac.

On lodging the complaint to the manager today it was revealed that there was some misunderstanding between self and the sales manager and only now LG can only replace this.

May I request you to please intervene and have the AC replaced I am ready to pay for the difference.
