FULLY AUTOMATIC MACHINE GETTING STCK AGAIN & AGAIN

Dear Sir, The Fully Automatic Washig Machine of ELECTROLUX is getting stuck again and again. And the person visiting invents a new fault time and again but without any results, probably are everytime trying a hit & trial method. I am a resident of B-45, Swasthya Vihar, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092... Pls. forward this to concerned authrities for stringest action, with copy forwarded to me, for rectifying the same and saving me from recurrent harassment... thanks... ashok
