No after sales Service

I have booked complaints many times for not working of our Refrigerator to the toll no. 18004194040 and got the complaint Nos. too. This is the maximum one can do for Servicing Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigirator. M/s Golden Electronics, Walltax Road((near Bharath Theater) is the only authorised service agent in Chennai for Electrolux Kelvinator who is also a authorised service agent for other brands of Refrigerator also. It is very difficult to contact Golden Electronics and you will never attend your complaints. So I have decided not to buy Electrolux Products in future. The only agency benefits from Electrolux is Telephone/Mobile Service Providers. If I have time I will sue Electrolux and Golden Electornics.
