Cooling problem

We purhcased a Electrolux refrigerator and after 2 years there was some problem in cooling efficiency after reporting to the outsourced authrorised service centre Take Care (I) Pvt Ltd (NK Electrical & Refrigeration near Rattan Talkies Chowk Main Road, Ranchi), they took the unit and charged 800 Rs plus freight and gave 3 months warrany, within 6 weeks the same problem re occured and they took the unit back for a week and charged us freight without giving any service unit, after 4 week the same problem re occured and the service centre was again asking for 800 Rs and frieght to which we reminded them about the charged paid earlier and the warranty, I even took the matter to a Electrolux representative in Ranchi Md Sajid, he said he would look into the matter and get back in couple of hours, I ve been trying to call him since two days but he is not picking up my call and he just asked the service centre to charge a service charge of 250 and freight, this is not expected from a company like Electrolux, I would really appreciate if you take some stern action
