Installation of RO

We purchased RO from Eurakaforbes last week, the Executive Mr RamSaroj promised to get the machine fitted in just three days and its been a week now, that no one bothers to come and fit the water purifier. They have kept the water purifier at our place and I suppose thats the end of their work as now no one calls up as they were doing before the purchase. The check is cleared and still we havent got the service. I should have to opted to buy a local purifier instead. Assuming that this is a good company and would provide satisfactory services, we got into the deal. I wonder what type of after sales service they will provide, when the situation is already so terrible right now!
