Respected Sir,

I am a consumer of meter no SC-11 327. The Electrical meter install in my house., diff active in the year I purchased a meter and deposited it in the office of city sub. div. Ch. Dadri on 24/04 along with testing fees Rs. 75 but my meter as not so fare replace and billing is on average basic which is very hire. We are requested to get my meter replaced. I have visited in office sub. Divn. Ch. Dadri but they not talk us properly they use same time abuse language
