Illegal connection

Dear All,

I just need to know that if someone is using electricity illegally means he or she doesn't have legal connection then what all action can be taken as the person who is doing so is earning a very good revenue still its a very big offence that nothing is being done. some officers come but they take money and never do anything what the hell is going on? if nothing can be done then why have you all made this consumer complaint. in next mail i will lodge that person name as well who is misusing the electricity even if it can be legal.
