Wrong Installation by Deale

Sir, I have bought one Electrolux A.C 1 year back from our nearby dealer GARGH SONS M.G Road Agra. We have paid him money for installation but the A.C was not installed properly and due to which it is not working properly.

We complaint at the Gargh Sales and at the company, s service centre also, but both of them denied for taking any actions.

kindly help me out that how can i get rid of this problem
