Preventive maintanance not carried out

I have purchased an Electolux A/C on 06.02.2006 from FREEZE LINK, HAFISHA ARCADE, XI/590/5

CHETTIYANGADI JUNCTION, THRISSUR-680001.On purchase company offered me a free preventive maintanance at 4 intervals. But they have not even visited a single time during the last five years.

The A/C is not working now and compressor brokedown. No service has been done by anyone from ELECTROLUX also even after repeated calls of request.
