Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I bought an Electrolux oven having a capacity of 25lt from

'Saravana Selvarathnam,

Vessels,

Home Appliances and Furnitures,

Chennai'

They took our residential adddress and said that it will be delivered at our residence. The delivery too wasnt free of cost. And then when it was delivered we noticed it wasnt a sealed pack. They had sealed it temporarily and delivered it. We didnt open because they had to come for a demo but our repeated reminders too didnt result in that. We went to their shop too continuously for the next 6months or more but to vail. Moreover the recipe book, microoven kit and the grill too were missing. We request u to take action so that a solution can be found.
