Refrigerator -- No cooling

I think i made the biggest mistake by purchasing Electrolux Refrigerator in Nov. Within 9 months of pruchase, i had to face problems in handling the product.

The refrigerator has compressor / cooling related problems & for the last 20 days I have been tryin to contact Electrolux officials, but in vain.

There is no responce from their end. The complaint (no. THA 1408100754 / THA 2808100435) was lodged on 14th Aug & till date I have been told that they are looking into it.

I m posting this to make everyone aware of the service levels in this company. I would never recommend any friend / relative to purchase any product of Electrolux & would expect the consumer forum to take some strict action against them.

Pls dont make the same mistake as I did -- Tarun Moily, Manager - HDFC Bank.
