Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a service complain for my Electrolux Washing Machine, model: EWS622KCGO on 9th of Spet'10 which was purchased from Dhenkanal which is in the warranty period now. my Complain No. is: BBH 0909100018. After several reminders you are only replying to give service today... tomorrow...
Its a matter of great re-great after calling you so many times when I have search for your complain email ID it came to know you have the maximum complains regarding service.

As you know Washing is a necessary service today, My family is suffering severly for your non-cooperation.
Can I get a Sincere Service from you or not?
It seems you have no responsibilty towards customer service...
So, I again request you, please take urgent action as necessary immediately to solve my problem else I'll be forced to take shelter in the Court of Law.
