Model No, 235 ltr. Premium Double door. Regn No.925024791, Sl NO.33211590 and date of purchase 14/04.Since last 03 months the lower portion of the refregerator has no cooling effect. compllaint has been lodged with local dealer but no positve response is received so far. They come twice and told that the Byi-metal & Timer are not working. Accordingly, they replaced the both but no result. Afterwords, they are not coming. Complaint has also been made with Electrolux office at Bhubaneswar but they do not care to solve my problem. I am facing lot of problem, Hence, irequest your good office to look in to the problem.
