Sir,
I had purchased Electrolux washing machine on 27 May 09. My machine is lying idle for the last one month due to negligence of the service staff of this company in Gwalior. They are not able to identify the type of motor fitted in the machine. After frequent calls they come and say some excuse and leave saying they will come with the component, and come with another component. Request forward this complaint to the concerned level in the company.
