Not repair my microwave

Dear sir, i would like to inform u that my microwave not properly hit in the chamber, so i given saveral complain, but after one month one technician will came and not found the fault and told send service centre M/Sprakash enterprises, roxy lane, badambadi, cuttack, ph;0671 6544330.so i am given in service centre dt;4/9, receipt no 3870, my product model no EM25TC86SL..Till today it will in service centre and told parts not avlable, so we can not do any thing and now told Electrolax marge with philips, so u will go to that service centre.after that i give written complain orissa incharge Mr Tapan Pal, through DTDC Courier no K44255739 dt 5/1 to BBSR office, and Mr pal, was not respond also .mobil no was 9937298495.
