Sir,

I have purchased a double door Electrolux fridge in the year 2004 from Patna (Bihar). Now the fridge is not working properly from last few months, I had made a complaint in customer care of Electrolux on 3rd - may - 2011.

My complain no. is - PRAN 0305110045, from last 1 month when I ask about my complain they are saying that - your problem will be solved very shortly.

Sir plese ask him when they will solve my problem.
