PCB KIT out of order. Hence washer is not working

Dear Sir/Mam,

As per the service request number is PLKW1309110012 dated 13/9

Service technicians visited to my place they examined the machine and found that the PCB kit has short circuited and they said the machine Model is quite old, with 9 wash programs (5, 10, 15, heavy soiled, silk, whites, bed sheet, sari & eco.) wash option programs. And the model no. cannot be traced as the paper has wrought out, which is needed to replace the PCB kit so kindly post the model no. of said machine first also quote the price of the PCB and please make it available if it is not available at Varanasi service centre. Machine is top load with 9 wash program.

This Electrolux Fabriguard is a semi automatic washing machine it takes wash load of 7 kgs. This Electrolux washing machine has 9 preset programmes
