Inefficient service centre

I had complained to the electrolux service centre at their toll free for sending a mechanic to attend to my air con problem on 20th april.i was assured that a service engineer will visit me within 48 hours. thereafter till 26th april no one bothered to visit me. from 26th april i have called their howrah branch (tekcare service pvt ltd and s j enterprises on numerous occassion and they have done nothing except assuring me that the service engineer will reach my place within few hours. is this the level of service that we expect from electrolux. no wonder then people prefer reputed brands like Samsung and LG who are known for very efficient and reliable after sales support. rakesh bajoria
