Very poor service

Sir

my freeze is down for last 15 days. its not cooling. i have lodged a complaint on 30/06. my complaint no. is EPUN3006120003. they told me that there service engineer will attend it. he attended it but could not solved the problem. another day another man came and declared that compressor is not working. we told him to change it. it took another 3 days. after changing the compressor and spending Rs.4000/- machine is still not working. its now over 1 week. still they are telling me that we are not getting compressor, will come tomorrow and all such things. worst part of it is they dont call me and give updates. i have to call them every day. some time they reject, some time they dont answer and like that. its just harassment nothing alse.

i wish to take the matter to consumer forum. please guide.
