Electrolux/ DFF 40
No cooling of the bottom part

This is to bring to your kind notice that our frost free refrigerator DFF40

has not been cooling since the last 2 months. we've already paid the service charges twice to the service centers involved. both these centers duped us and have not got back to us, inspite of repeated phonecalls. I shall give you the necessary details if i get some positive response from you. please do suggest the next course of action.

We ARE A BIG FAMILY OF 14 AND THIS IS INCONVENIENCING US A GREAT
