I purchased one Electrolux double door refrigerator manufactured by Electrolux 8 month back. Just after Three month back a leakage in the cooling gas pipeline was detected and it stopped functioning. On call the Electrolux engineer came on 26th Oct’09 and suggested that the system should be replaced but today I am not carry new compressor new compressor available within 8 days after complaint, and he want to bill but till date (26th Oct’09) bill was not found so he say if your bill has been found please inform me I change the your compressor. After two day I am informed to engineer on 30th Oct’09 bill & warranty card available in my home please repair my Electrolux but till date my refrigerator has not repair. I have many times talk to Incharge he say tomorrow engineer came to you house but till date my refrigerator has not repair. Last I have complain to customer care on 7th Dec’09 at around 11:30 AM Complain No : - PT79307007 he say your refrigerator repair within 48 hours, but till date & times (9th Dec’09 06:16 PM) no body come to my home or call to my mobile no. I request please do the needful.
