Repetitively cooling problem

I have purchased electrolux refrigerator in July the fridge compressor got fail in 2008. Electrolux replaced the compressor after 2 week. in 2009 our electricity bill was coming double than the normal bills & when we have investigated then we came to know that this is due to the compressor which was running continuously. as a result we have paid almost 4000 to 5000 Rs. extra on electricity. we have complained to electrolux & they again replaced the compressor under warranty. we are facing same problem in 2010 oct & registered the complaint on electrolux. they took our fridge 3 weeks ago & still there is no proper response from their service franchise.

now we don't want this refrigerator since this is having repetitive cooling problem & need replacement for the same.

our first complaint no AHM1011100005 Dt.10/11/10

second complaint no AHM1512100006 Dt.16/12/10

i have talk to electrolux service guy vipul patel mb 9099967636 & he is ensuring verbally that there will not be any problem in future. if the problem will come they will give free replacement. BUT HE IS NOT COMMUNICATING IN WRITING.

pl help.
