Dissatisfied Customer service exp!!!

Dear Sir,

I own a electrolux washing machine in bangalore and i have lodged a complaint for servicing but it was not attended properly and i am totally dissatisfied by your service.

As our washing machine is not cleaning clothes properly i have lodged a complaint against it, One of your executive checked and confirmed that one more guy would come and take care of it. But he did not even do anything and told that we have to sent it to service center.

I dont understand as this was done because it was under warranty period and you people are not paid?? Do u people dont even do basic things like cleaning or stuff when we lodge a complaint???

Sorry to say but it was really dissatisfied experience where company is known for "Best Post Sales Service"
