BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THRISSUR DEALER -FRIDGE HOUSE

My refrigertor is not working for last two weeks and i have been complaining for the same for last two weeks at thrissur dealer -FRIDGE HOUSE .but they are not responding to it.i am fed up .at the time of buy I did not expect such a irresponsiblity from such a ompany like ELECTROLUX-KELVINATOR.last two weeks we had no provision for cold water .very very very bad customer service
