Complaints Not Attended Even After 16 Days

Dear Madam/Sir,

This is to inform you that I have made a complaint to the company in their phone number 18601804558 on 3rd July '10, as my Kelvinator Refrigerator is not functioning properly. Mr. Sumit of customer care has taken my complaint and gave me a complaint number GW0710000061 dt. 03/07/10 and also told me that the complaint will be attended within 48 hours.

Today is 18th July and no one from company's side has attended the complaint. In the mean time I have talked to their customer care 3 times. All the time Ms. Nisha, Mr. Amit & Mr. Shankar of customer care have repeatedly told the same thing that my complaint will be attended very shortly.

I am making this complaint to you as no one from the company is listening my grievance properly. Please look into this matter urgently.
