ELECTROLUX OXYJNATA REFRIGERATOR
DEFROST NOT WORKING

Hello,

I had bought Electrolux refrigerator 2 yrs back. Now, since a month, the defrost is not working. I have registered a complaint 3 weeks back, but still no action has been taken. I am sorry to say that the response of the customer care has been awful and the worst I have seen, which is quite unprofessional. My phone num is 91 9945544223 which I have used for the complaint.

I am forced to go to the consumer forum very shortly due to the cheating in terms of customer care.
