Freez Door is defective

I have purchace frez & washing maching in combo pack. Washing machin is running well but Freez door is defective from the day of purchase, and I have complaint to Electrolux company also at theri tool free number.

Company sent their technician two times to repeir but the problum steel running same. I have wrote on his complaint paper also for " Not satisfy' .

No action has been taken from company, I feel it need to be change Freez. becouse it was defectiv from the day it purchase. On shop I could not see that defect . when we brought home after two day we came to know regarding the defect.

Please do the needful.
