Dear Sir,

I purchased an Electrolux Refrigerator245ERP 235Ltr.on 02/07 from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd., 20, Old Court House Street, Kolkata-700001 (TAX Cash Memo No. DH/CM/04750/07-08, Dt.02/07). On last 21 June, it stopped working. I informed the problem to the listed Service Centre, Contact No.033-25312212 (Mondal) North on the same day at about 10-30 a.m. Their Technical representative visited my house on 22 June. His observation was that the Compressor got out of order and he collected a copy of my Money Bill / Receipt assuring me of reverting on the matter the next day. As I did not get any response since he left my house, I contacted the Service Centre on 25th June and today. I was told today that they would let me know after another week. I could not understand what they were waiting for.
