Door damaged problem

I bought Electrolux refrigerator on 25-08 after a week times when i started defrosting i noticed that the defrost water was not going out and it started accumulating in the vegetable box because the small tray connecting freezer tray and the outlet was not there and i have noticed that the paint of the door started rusting and peel off the paint.we made complaint several times no body taking response about that matter for the past 18 months. Please do the needful.
